I am currently wrapping up my studies in Western University’s Master of Media in Journalism and Communications (MMJC) program and a freelance journalist and fact-checker. I graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University’s (TMU) Bachelor of Journalism program in June 2025.
I’ve worked for The Eyeopener, Maclean’s magazine and most recently, CBC News’ climate/science unit.
My goal is a career in investigative or long-form journalism, but I enjoy a large variety of stories and mediums and am always committed to reliable, fair, impactful reporting. Otherwise, I am a sports fanatic, an advocate for social justice causes, a fan of all things music/entertainment and a homebody. When I am not writing or editing, I can be found spending time with my friends and family or lounging around with our dog, Shelby.
